We are seeking an exceptional administration professional to join our dynamic team based in Bocam Park, Pencoed.
You will be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail, alongside a self-motivated, proactive and positive approach to work. You will take pride in delivering a high standard of service and supporting colleagues and customers effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and managing customer documentation, working closely with internal teams and international colleagues where required.
- Delivering high-quality telephone-based customer support, identifying requirements and directing queries to the appropriate team members.
- Actively participating in team meetings to contribute ideas and share best practices.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues to support planning, forecasting and operational activities.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all order-related processes
- Managing and taking ownership of general office administration tasks and procedures.
- Day-to-day office management including, ordering supplies, arranging maintenance, meeting guests, liaising with office suppliers.
- Providing administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Supporting the wider team with admin tasks.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility, resilience and empathy in a busy working environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using business systems such as CRM platforms and Xero.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential.
- Previous experience in administration.
