At Cambrian Car Care Ltd, we’re looking to grow our experienced and reliable team of recovery drivers. Whether you’re seasoned in recovery or completely new to the role, full training will be provided.
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid licence to drive 7.5T+ vehicles
(Grandfather Rights with DCPC, Class 2, or Class 1 licences)
- Valid DCPC and Tachograph Card
- Ability to pass a DBS check
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and pride in your work
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
About the Role:
As a Breakdown Recovery Driver, you’ll assist motorists across South Wales on behalf of major organisations like the AA, RAC, Green Flag, LV Britannia, and Call Assist. Whether you’re carrying out roadside repairs or recovering vehicles, you’ll provide top-tier service in a job that’s never boring.
You’ll be the kind of person who:
- Enjoys helping people in unexpected situations
- Takes pride in vehicle care and presentation
- Thrives on variety and challenge
Your Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts (with guaranteed overtime available)
- Rolling 17-week rota with a variety of start times
- Only 2 on-call shifts per rota
- Every other weekend OFF — guaranteed

- £14.50/hour — £30,500 basic salary
