The Head Pizzaiolo is one of the most important roles in our Pizzerias. You'll have full ownership of the kitchen operation - quality,consistency,people,compliance,and culture. This is a senior leadership position that demands both expert Neapolitan pizza experience and confident kitchen management,in one of the UK's most respected and fastest-growing pizza brands. Taking full ownership of kitchen performance,quality,and consistency- Leading,developing,and inspiring the kitchen team across all levels
- Maintaining Rudy's Neapolitan pizza standards to the highest specification
- Managing kitchen operations end-to-end:prep,service,post-service,and everything in between
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety & allergen
- Driving efficiency through effective labour management and scheduling
- Overseeing stock control & ordering
- Conducting team reviews,training,and progression planning
- Working closely with the General Manager to align kitchen and floor performance
Extensive experience as a Head Pizzaiolo or Senior Sous in a high-volume kitchen- Deep technical knowledge of authentic Neapolitan pizza-making
- Proven ability to lead,motivate,and develop a large kitchen team
- Strong commercial awareness - labour,and waste management
- Exceptional food safety knowledge
- A calm,confident leader who thrives when the pressure is highest
