Eclectic Care Ltd is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Female Domiciliary Care Workers to join our growing team in Maidstone and the surrounding areas.
This rewarding community-based role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will support a wide range of clients, including older adults, individuals living with dementia, physical disabilities, long-term health conditions, and those requiring assistance with daily living activities. No two days are the same, and you will have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of the people you support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care tailored to each client's individual needs, preferences, and care plan.
- Assist clients with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers while promoting independence wherever possible.
- Administer or assist with medication in accordance with company policies, procedures, and training.
- Prepare meals and assist with eating and drinking where required.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing and reduce social isolation.
- Assist with light household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment.
- Support clients with shopping, attending appointments, and accessing community activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, infection prevention, and company policies at all times.
Essential Requirements
- A caring, compassionate, and patient nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Access to a reliable vehicle, as travel between clients' homes is required throughout the working day.
- The right to work in the UK or eligibility for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience in domiciliary care, home care, healthcare, or support work.
- Experience supporting individuals living with dementia or other complex care needs.
- A qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Medication administration training.
- First Aid certification.
