What You’ll Do

As a key player in our Commercial Property team, you’ll:

Open new client files and issue welcome packs, setting the tone for exceptional client care.
Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and contracts—your attention to detail will

shine.

Commission pre-exchange searches, obtain legal indemnities, and liaise with clients and the

Land Registry.

Manage appointments, meetings, and diaries for your fee earner, keeping everything running

smoothly.

Deliver outstanding client service—whether face-to-face, by phone, or over email.
Support your colleagues, guide reception and temps, and help keep our office running at its

best.

Ensure compliance with Solicitor’s Accounts Rules, Lexcel, and the Conveyancing Quality

Scheme.

What You’ll Bring

A sharp eye for detail and superb organizational skills.
Confident communication—both written and verbal.
Strong IT and typing skills.
Experience in a legal or professional environment is a plus, but your attitude and drive are what

matter most.
