Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Send Case Worker to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee the management and processing of send cases, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all communications and documentation related to client requests. Your energetic approach will help streamline operations, support clients effectively, and foster a positive environment for both colleagues and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervising skills, a passion for mentoring team members, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Duties

Supervise daily operations of the send case team, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and accurately
Mentor and support team members by providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback to foster professional growth
Oversee the documentation process for send cases, verifying completeness and compliance with organizational standards
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth case resolution and communication flow
Monitor case progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
Respond promptly to escalated issues or complex cases, offering expert guidance and solutions
Maintain detailed records of all send cases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a case management or customer service environment
Demonstrated mentoring ability to develop team skills and improve overall performance
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and process adherence
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
