We're looking for an energetic Events Trainee to join our expanding team. In this dynamic, practical role, you'll learn event operations, assist with venue coordination, and support strategic campaign delivery to build the essential skills needed to transition into future event management and campaign leadership roles.

Be Part of the Live Event Experience

From guiding event assistants and engaging directly with attendees to tracking campaign engagement metrics, you'll be actively involved in every phase of live event execution across Manchester.

Working alongside experienced event directors and mentors, you'll assist with site logistics, resolve operational challenges on-site, and ensure every promotional setup meets high standards of brand presentation. It’s a practical, fast-moving role designed to give you real-world experience in event planning, audience engagement, and campaign operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting daily event setups, setting visitor engagement targets, and maintaining structured venue workflows
Assisting with staff briefings, campaign floor management, and on-site team coordination
Representing partner brands with confidence, enthusiasm, and professional clarity at live activations
Managing venue setup, promotional asset allocation, and overall event presentation standards
Tracking lead generation KPIs, compiling daily event reports, and updating client records using internal systems
Collaborating with venue managers and account leads to ensure seamless daily event delivery
Working toward individual progression milestones, team engagement goals, and event management targets
Continuously developing your event planning, public communication, and operational leadership capabilities
