Graduate Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

If you are the Graduate Estimator / Quantity Surveyor we are looking for, you’ll probably be frustrated already. Not because your employer is bad. Because you’re capable of far more than you’re being allowed to do. You don’t want to spend the next five years measuring drawings while somebody else makes the commercial decisions.

You want responsibility. You want to build estimates. You want to negotiate with subcontractors. You want to visit sites.

You want your ideas to shape how a business operates.

If you’re looking for a company that will tell you to forget everything you’ve learnt at university, this probably isn’t it.

We expect you to bring new ideas.

We expect you to challenge the way we do things.
