Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong management skills, a solid understanding of SEO, content creation, and data analysis. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record in B2B marketing within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and content marketing.
Manage and optimise website content using WordPress, ensuring SEO best practices are applied to improve search engine rankings.
Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools; prepare detailed reports to inform future strategies.
Lead the creation of engaging copy for various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging aligned with organisational goals.
Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics to increase reach.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
Oversee project management tasks related to marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Utilise Adobe Photoshop for basic graphic design tasks to support campaigns and content creation.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in B2B marketing sectors.
Lead email marketing campaigns by designing templates, segmenting audiences, and analysing open/click-through rates for optimisation.

Experience

Proven experience in digital marketing management with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role specialising in B2B marketing.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Expertise in SEO optimisation techniques and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Proficiency in WordPress CMS along with Adobe Photoshop for content creation purposes.
Demonstrable experience in social media management across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
Strong organisational skills with effective time management capabilities to meet deadlines consistently.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for reporting and presentations.
Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing operations and analysis tools.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling clear articulation of strategies and ideas.
