Full job description

WHAT IS INVOLVED?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team supporting the Community Protection team, based at Annand House, Meadowfield.

The duties include:

Admin support of licences i.e. Animal Licences, Body Art / Tattoo
Processing orders for Community Protection
Logging customer service requests
Dealing with enquiries over the telephone and e-mail
Taking minutes of meetings
General administration duties

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who takes pride in providing excellent customer-service. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy, be well-organised and flexible, have good IT skills and manage changing priorities. You will also need to be able to work unsupervised using your initiative.

WHAT WILL I NEED?

You must have 5 GCSEs (grades A-C) or equivalent.

INTERVIEWS

It is anticipated that interviews will be held on 18th August at Meadowfield Depot.
