Duties

Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
Manage a designated section of the kitchen, overseeing food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen activities.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and communicating supply needs.
Support the training of junior kitchen staff, sharing culinary techniques and safety procedures.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of your work station, adhering to health regulations at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
