We partner with major UK insurance companies, top work providers, and fleet operators. Our Hertfordshire workshop is equipped to handle repairs for both dry freight and refrigerated commercial vehicles weighing up to 7.5 tonnes.
Position Summary: We are looking for a Vehicle Sprayer/Painter to join our workshop in Hoddesdon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full preparation of vehicles prior to painting.
- Small to medium filler work to repair body panels.
- Sanding panels down.
- Bagging and masking vehicles to ensure only the area that needs to be painted is exposed.
- Priming panels ready for paint.
- Prepping individual parts and panels, such as bumpers and bonnets, this will include:
- Sanding down.
- Priming.
- Placing on racking ready for the paint sprayers to paint.
- Vehicles can range from small family cars through to light commercial vehicles.
- Applying high-quality paint finishes using various techniques and equipment.
- Matching colours and apply custom designs as requested by clients.
- Ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver outstanding results.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Sprayer/Painter in an automotive bodyshop environment.
- Proficiency in various painting techniques and knowledge of different types of paints.
- You will need to have excellent attention to detail.
- You must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player.
- Be happy working in a fast paced, busy workshop.
- Full driving license.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation abilities.
- Capable of always maintaining confidentiality.
