Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Self-employed Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This role offers flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to build your own client base while representing a reputable property services provider. You will be responsible for managing property viewings, negotiating lease terms, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and landlords.

Duties

Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, showcasing features and answering questions confidently
Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements to secure successful lettings
Maintain clear and professional communication with landlords, tenants, and colleagues throughout the process
Manage administrative tasks related to tenancy applications, referencing, and documentation
Organize property marketing activities to attract potential tenants effectively
Keep accurate records of all negotiations, appointments, and client interactions
Stay informed about local market trends to provide valuable advice to clients

Requirements

Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clients
Ability to work independently with self-motivation and initiative
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
Knowledge of the lettings process and relevant legal requirements is advantageous
Reliable access to transportation or means to visit properties efficiently
