Warehouse Operator

Healthy Bean Ltd is a leading provider of Workwear, Footwear, PPE and Hygiene in the UK. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. This role will involve warehouse duties, stock-checking and customer-facing responsibilities, providing an opportunity for individuals with a passion for logistics, customer service, and a desire for independent working.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Operations:

Efficiently receiving, storing, and shipping products.
Picking and packing orders accurately.
Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Managing stock rotation with forklift driving
Managing a small team of warehouse associates

Inventory Management:

Conducting regular inventory checks.
Updating inventory records accurately.
Identifying and resolving discrepancies.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid UK driving licence (Category B).
Strong organisational and time management skills.
4-5 years of prior warehousing experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical fitness to handle warehouse duties.
Forklift license is a must
Positive team player attitude

WHATS ON OFFER

Salary: c.£27,000 – c.£30,000
Commission / Discretionary bonuses dependent on performance (10% of salary based on KPIs).
Uniform and all PPE.
Based in Harlow, Essex.
On-site parking.
