Job Title: Maintenance Administrator

We are a well established letting agency looking for a proactive Maintenance Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves to stay organised, enjoys helping people, and wants the flexibility of working from home while supporting properties across the UK
The Role
You will be the vital link between our tenants, and contractors. Your mission is to ensure repairs are handled swiftly and the properties we manage remain in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Repairs: Receive and log maintenance requests from tenants, assessing urgency and assigning the right contractor.
- Contractor Liaison: Manage schedules for our trusted tradespeople and follow up to ensure jobs are completed to a high standard.
- Compliance Management: Organise essential safety checks, including Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) and EICRs, ensuring all properties meet NATIONAL letting standards.
- Financial Admin: Process maintenance invoices, request quotes for larger works, and update management on costs.
- Communication: Act as the first point of contact for maintenance queries, providing a professional and empathetic service to tenants in stressful situations.
What We’re Looking For
- Property Experience: Previous experience in a letting agency or maintenance coordination role is highly desirable.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using property management software
- Communication Skills: Exceptional telephone manner and the ability to negotiate with contractors and landlords.
- Self-Motivated: As this is a remote role, you must be disciplined and able to manage your own workload

Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
