Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, Google Ads, and other channels.
- Manage content creation and copywriting for websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media posts.
- Oversee website management using WordPress and optimise content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools; prepare detailed reports to inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with organisational goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimise ad spend across platforms such as Google Ads.
- Lead projects related to B2C marketing efforts, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop for basic graphic design tasks to support marketing materials.
- Maintain organised records of campaigns, analytics data, and project timelines using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support email marketing initiatives through platform management and audience segmentation.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by building & guiding junior team members and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles with a strong understanding of management principles.
- Hands-on experience with SEO optimisation, Google Ads campaigns, Google Analytics, and WordPress website management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email marketing tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Experience in B2B marketing environments is highly desirable.

Pay: £24,420.00-£41,616.88 per year
