About the Role:

We are looking for a full-time Dispensing Optician to join us in delivering outstanding patient care across our practices in Wiltshire.

We can be flexible with location depending on where you are based, so if you are interested in joining our team, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Dispensing a wide range of lenses and frames to meet individual prescriptions and patient needs
Handling adjustments, repairs, and collections with care and attention to detail
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Delivering exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression
Leading by example – motivating and developing the team to reach their potential
Helping the practice grow by building strong patient relationships and meeting key targets

Requirements:

A GOC-registered Dispensing Optician

And you'll also bring:

A passion for customer care and a warm, professional manner
Strong communication skills – clear, approachable, and jargon-free
The confidence to build rapport quickly with patients and your team
Sales experience and a natural ability to inspire loyalty
Leadership qualities with a positive, team-focused attitude
Flexibility to adapt to different working patterns and provide cover to other practices when needed
A well-presented, professional appearance and strong attention to detail
