3 Bravo Ltd is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Support Technician to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting users with a wide range of IT issues.
As the first point of contact for technical support, you will play a key role in ensuring our employees receive efficient, professional, and timely assistance, helping to keep our business running smoothly.
About the Role
You will provide first-line technical support to users across the business, assisting with hardware, software, systems access, and general IT-related queries.
You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues where possible, escalating more complex problems when required, and maintaining accurate records of all support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all IT support requests.
- Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests through the service desk system.
- Assist with troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Provide remote and in-person technical support to end users.
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and other IT equipment.
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment provision and access management.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members or third-party providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation, asset registers, and support records.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in IT processes and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity requirements, and data protection standards.
