Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food production and maintain kitchen efficiency.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Assist in inventory management and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.

Qualifications

Proven culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment
Strong food preparation and cooking skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Leadership abilities to manage and supervise kitchen staff
Experience in food production and team management
Background in hospitality and restaurant service
