About the Role:

Join Yardi as our new Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM) and play a pivotal role in reshaping the Senior Living sector! We're on the hunt for a tech enthusiast who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues through phone and email, utilizing Yardi's state-of-the-art product suite. Your contribution will go beyond just support - you will actively collaborate with our team to drive continuous improvements and advancements in our products, ensuring our clients receive nothing but the best and stay ahead in a competitive market.

What You’ll Do:

Research, analyze and use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot application issues.

Use your strong interpersonal skills to help train clients on new features and functionality.

Perform data mapping, conversions and support software customization based on client requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams in training, conversions, sales and development on a regular basis.

Build rapport with clients and perform systems and business process reviews and make recommendations on best practices.

Collaborate closely with team members across the US, actively contributing to the collective success of the team.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Management, or Healthcare.

Prior experience working in a customer support role setting and managing expectations.

Project management, accounting, property management, or healthcare background.

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Phenomenal customer service skills and desire to go the extra mile.

You are a fast learner and can learn new concepts quickly.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.

High comfort level troubleshooting and problem-solving issues.

Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional.

Flexible, and the ability to manage changing priorities.

Ideal to have:

Previous technical support and application troubleshooting.

Prior experience with Yardi software.

SQL, Basic server and web server knowledge.
