Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team at Allure Beauty Lounge a boutique beauty salon in the heart of Wallingford. We are seeking for part-time candidate. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while demonstrating expertise in various beauty treatments such as facials (if qualified), waxing, ability to do manicure/pedicure. We offer a commission structure on top of your pay. As a Beautician, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the confidence and satisfaction of our clients through your skills and creativity.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of Facials (if qualified)
Manicures and Pedicures
Waxing, lash/brow tint
Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and ready for use.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer clients informed recommendations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
Handle client bookings, appointments, and follow-ups professionally.
Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client engagement.

Requirements

Relevant beauty training certificates are essential
Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Proficiency in makeup application techniques and knowledge of various beauty products.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continuously learn and develop skills.
