We are looking for an enthusiastic Salaried GP to become part of our collaborative and experienced multidisciplinary team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a GP seeking a supportive environment with manageable workloads, strong clinical leadership and flexibility. You will work alongside experienced GPs,

The role can be tailored to suit the successful candidate, with flexibility around sessions and working patterns. Newly qualified GPs and experienced clinicians are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job:

Provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services to the practice population through routine and urgent appointments.
Assess, diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Undertake face-to-face, telephone and online consultations as required.
Prescribe safely and appropriately in line with local and national guidance.
Manage clinical correspondence, results, prescriptions and associated administrative tasks.
Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team including nurses, pharmacists and allied healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records using the practice clinical system.
Participate in clinical meetings, practice development and quality improvement activities.
Contribute to safeguarding, clinical governance and patient safety processes.
Support continuity of care and promote patient wellbeing through evidence-based practice.
Requirements and Qualifications
Medical degree (MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent).

Preferred Skills

Experience in primary care or family medicine.
Knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

Work settings may include GP surgeries, clinics, community health centers, or telemedicine services.
Flexible working hours may include evenings or weekends.
On-call duties may be required depending on the practice.

Part time 2-3 sessions

Salary: varies based on location, experience, and employment type (salaried GP, locum GP, or partner)

Qualifications

Essential

MBCHB and completed GP training

Desirable

MBCHB and completed GP training
Full registration with General Medical Council (GMC).
Completion of GP specialty training.
Valid license to practice medicine.
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
