Your future, as a Practice Manager at mydentist

Your future, your schedule

You’ll be joining us at our Hayle practice on a part time basis - maximum of 32 hours per week minimum of 24 hours per week.

Your future in our Hayle practice

Mainly private with a small NHS contract

3 surgery practice equipped with the latest equipment and hygienist.

Parking is available.

Salary from £32,000 (FTE)

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets

Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship

Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators

Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
