The Role
We're looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll help plan, create and deliver marketing campaigns across our two brands. Supporting everything from website content, social media, email marketing, as well as managing external agencies and commercial associations.
You'll play an important role in strengthening both brands and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, case studies and landing pages.
- Plan and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters and automated customer journeys.
- Support the creation of brochures, sales literature, presentations and other marketing collateral.
- Coordinate photography and video projects, including editing and preparing content for digital channels.
- Assist with exhibitions, trade shows, showroom events and customer open days.
- Monitor campaigns and report on marketing performance.
- Coordinate and support external agencies, acting as the main point of contact for marketing projects.
- Work closely with the sales teams to produce marketing materials that support lead generation and customer engagement.
- Ensure both brands maintain a consistent, professional visual identity across all marketing channels.
About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative and eager to develop their marketing career.
You'll ideally have:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing role.
- A degree or qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related subject (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good attention to detail.
- A creative eye for design and branding.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and Canva.
- Experience in using a CRM system (i.e Zoho, Salesforce etc) preferred but not essential.
- An understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Experience using social media for business.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of projects.
