Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Commis to join our small team. 'Commis Chef' is a value position statement. You will share responsibility of breakfast, lunch and dinner, open and close hours. As a Commis, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen operations, ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their culinary skills while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within the hospitality industry.

Experience is essential. Must have pasta & pizza knowledge. Service within breakfast lunch and dinner. Be able to work in a fast paced environment with a kitchen porter and as part of a small team of chef's.

As a restaurant/bistro one of the best perks is our opening and working hours for a chef. Monday - Friday 9-8pm & Saturday/Sunday 9-6/7pm - with late finishes occurring irregularly, only when we have functions.

Included on shift is FOC lunch and coffee/drink allowances. 'Breaks' are paid*.

We have a young and enthusiastic team for front of house and experience in our kitchen. We hope to add to this and continue to grow our business and busy bistro.

Please check our location, if you don't drive it is not the easiest to get to with on several nearby local transport routes. No time wasters.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
