Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

You’ll need:

Experience as an IT Support Supervisor or Team Lead.

A recognised IT qualification or equivalent hands-on experience.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (XP/7/10/11) and Office products.

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Experience with Active Directory and server operations (user accounts, backups) is a plus.

A methodical, quality-focused approach to problem-solving.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’re a natural collaborator.

A passion for customer service and a calm, confident presence in busy environments.

Ability to travel to site.
