Content & Brand Creator - Flexible Role – Freelance or Part-Time Considered

Location: Mainly Central Belt

Rate / Salary: Dependent on experience and working arrangement

The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative, driven and ambitious content creator to help build and grow our brand.

This is not a typical “social media management” role.

We are looking for someone who can help create a recognisable personality behind the business through engaging video content, photography, social media and branding.

The role will involve capturing real installations, commercial projects, showhomes, behind-the-scenes content and customer experiences, helping showcase both our work and the people behind the company.

The Role

Responsibilities may include:

Filming and editing short-form video content
Creating social media reels and engaging content
Photography of installations, completed projects and live sites
Website and marketing content creation
Social media support and brand development
Helping shape the overall voice and personality of the business
Capturing behind-the-scenes content with the team and customers
Working alongside management to develop creative ideas and campaigns

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Creative and self-motivated
Confident creating and editing video content
Strong with photography and visual storytelling
Comfortable working on-site and around customers
Up to date with modern social media trends and content styles
Able to work independently and bring fresh ideas
Passionate about building brands and creating engaging content

Experience within construction, property, technology or security sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.
