Job Title: Landscaping Labourer (Immediate start)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Labourer to join our landscaping team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors in all seasons and is genuinely keen to develop their skills in the landscaping industry. We're specifically after someone with the drive to learn and progress — we'll do the rest. The role offers real scope for progression into more skilled positions as you gain experience and training.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in a variety of landscaping projects, including garden construction, turfing, planting, paving, and fencing.
Carry out groundwork such as digging, lifting, and moving materials.
Operate basic tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work as part of a team to deliver projects to a high standard and within deadlines.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on-site.

What We're Looking For

A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn and advance.
Self-motivated — someone who takes initiative rather than needing to be chased.
Reliability and punctuality.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
Basic knowledge of landscaping or construction is beneficial but not essential.
A valid UK driving licence is an advantage.
