Aim of Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused food & beverage assistant to join our friendly team.

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across our restaurant, bar, terrace, and event space.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Create a warm welcome and provide attentive customer service to hotel guests and visitors
Taking food and drink orders
Serving meals and beverages efficiently and professionally
Preparing and setting up restaurant and bar areas
Maintaining cleanliness and presentational standards
Handling payments and operating the till
Supporting weddings, events, and private functions
Delivering outstanding customer service
