About FireTiger Fitness

FireTiger Fitness is an independent coaching gym built on the belief that strength is for every woman. We’re more than a gym; we’re a supportive, high-energy community where women feel safe to challenge themselves, celebrate their wins and genuinely enjoy their training.

We support women from their teens through midlife and beyond - from those taking their first steps with a barbell to seasoned athletes. Our coaching is evidence-informed, relationship-led and centred around making every member feel welcomed and capable. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a coach who shares this heart and wants to make a genuine impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver professional personal training and small group coaching
Conduct "No Sweat Intro" consultations (following our training)
Welcome and support members throughout their fitness journey
Deliver personalised programmes and track progress using our coaching softwareKeep the space clean, safe and ready for the next member
Contribute to the positive, "non-judgemental" vibe that FireTiger is known for

About You

Essential:

Level 3 Personal Trainer (CIMSPA recognised or equivalent)
Confidence coaching both individuals and groups
Great people skills - we’re less interested in the loudest coach in the room and more interested in someone who can make a client feel truly seen
A warm, encouraging and professional coaching style

Desirable:

We love coaches who continue to develop their craft. We’d be particularly interested if you bring experience in:

Strength & Conditioning or British Weightlifting (BWL)
Pre/Postnatal Exercise or Women's Health (Puberty to Menopause)
Nutrition for Physical Activity (especially if female focused)
