Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and proactive Dental Practice Manager to lead our dental practice team. In this role, you will oversee daily tasks, ensure exceptional patient care, and uphold a positive environment for staff and patients.

This is a flexible part time or full time role.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily practice operations, including practice improvements, administrative tasks and day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage financial aspects such as invoicing and stock ordering.
Support the staff in training, recruiting and evaluating staff performance.
Oversee compliance with with CQC and GDC.
Uphold excellent patient care through effective communication, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Experience

Experience within a healthcare or dental setting.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as CQC and GDC requirements.
Excellent organisational skills.

This role offers an energetic environment where your leadership skills will directly influence the growth and success of our practice. A great opportunity for an established practice manager or a dental nurse looking to move into this type of role.
