Full job description

External Cleaner

Our Grounds Maintenance Services division specialises in commercial landscape & facilities management and is delivered across the UK.

Our business is continually growing, and we are looking to recruit an External Cleaner to join us immediately at Thurmaston Shopping Centre.

Being able to apply exemplary customer service/satisfaction, innovation and achieving a positive commercial impact are the cornerstones of our business.

THE ROLE

Duties will include cleaning outside areas, emptying litterbins, litter picking in car park, walkways, grass and shrubbed areas
Using tools and machinery, when necessary, with all tools and equipment provided – use of small Hako sweeper around kerb’s & walkways
Being vigilant of your surroundings and proactively reporting anything of concern
Positive attitude and not afraid to take on additional responsibilities if and when required
Lone working & responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and tidy

This is a good opportunity to join OUTCO and in return for the right candidate we offer:

living wage salary
8 hrs a week.
2 days a week at 4 hrs a day (Saturday & Sunday)
06:00am to 10:00am although some flexibility available
