Full job description

I am hiring for a part-time personal assistant to help primarily with household tasks and medication management for a young woman with health and mobility issues.

This job role is ideal for a young adult (for example, age 18-30) capable of domestic and organisational tasks. Great work experience, especially for someone engaging in a health-related specialty at college or uni. Laid-back household environment, low-pressure and short “shifts”.

Key responsibilities:

Helping with housework such as cooking and cleaning
Organising medication
Helping to clean medical equipment
Occasional support with appointments

Person Specification:

Must be 18+
Must be female
Must be local during both term-time and holidays
Kind, friendly and willing to maintain a professional friendship
Strong organisational skills
Flexible on routine
Willingness to learn about medical conditions
Must be okay with cats

The pay is around £15/hour. Weekly hours/rota will be flexible, however will likely need consistent support on one set day. Entitlement to annual leave (paid time-off). Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
