Full job description

The Lansbury Restaurant & Bar is seeking a talented and passionate Cocktail Bartender to join our team.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves the craft of bartending, has a strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences. This is an opportunity to become part of a venue that values quality, creativity, and outstanding hospitality.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience working behind a busy cocktail bar
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and premium beverages
Ability to create consistently high-quality drinks with excellent presentation
Passion for mixology and keeping up with current industry trends
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
A professional, energetic, and positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness standards

Bonus Skills

Experience creating cocktail menus and seasonal specials
Flair bartending or creative cocktail development
Knowledge of stock management and ordering
WSET or other beverage-related qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits
Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional bar environment
Recommending drinks and providing expert product knowledge to guests
Assisting with cocktail menu development and seasonal drink promotions
Managing stock levels and supporting efficient bar operations
Working closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service
