Full job description

We are a successful ambient food fulfilment warehouse based in Raunds and have just opened an additional site in Sywell. We supply a range of ambient packaged food to both on-line and trade customers. We are looking to recruit both warehouse operatives and order picker packers for both locations.

Applicants will need good organisational and time-management skills, should be able to work as a good team player and be keen to be part of our fast-growing business. Staff are responsible for accurately picking and efficiently packing daily orders to a high standard, and within a given time frame using hand held scanners.

The successful candidates will have an excellent opportunity to join this well-established and rapidly expanding company, where we provide a safe, appreciative and hardworking environment and are committed to training, developing and retaining our valuable staff members.

DUTIES

Picking and packing products for daily delivery to all customers
Unpack and replenish new stock entering the warehouse
Process paperwork as required
Assist in stock takes
Other general warehouse duties

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience of order picking in a warehouse, distribution or similar environment is essential
Methodical nature with good attention to detail and quality
Good organisational and time-management skills
Be a good team player
Good verbal and written communication skills
Flexible approach to working

Job Types: Full and Part-Time (some Saturday mornings on rota basis)

Pay rate dependent upon age and experience

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
