We're looking for an organised, hands-on individual to become part of our growing team.
ProLX Productions delivers technical production for festivals, live music, conferences, awards ceremonies and large-scale public events across the UK. As our workload continues to grow, we're looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organised behind the scenes and making sure every project leaves the warehouse ready for success.
This is a varied role that combines warehouse management, logistics and on-the-road support. No two weeks are the same.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day organisation of our warehouse.
- Preparing and checking equipment for upcoming events.
- Supervising freelance crew during equipment preparation and returns.
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Driving company vans to and from event locations.
- Checking equipment back into stock and reporting any damage or maintenance requirements.
- Maintaining high standards of organisation and cleanliness.
- Assisting with stock control and equipment management.
- Supporting the wider production team when required.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Is highly organised and takes pride in doing things properly.
- Can confidently manage small teams of freelance crew.
- Is practical and enjoys physical work.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Works well under pressure and can prioritise workloads.
- Has a full UK driving licence (essential).
- Is ideally over 25 years old for vehicle insurance purposes.
- Previous experience within live events, production, logistics or warehouse operations would be an advantage but isn't essential.
What You'll Get
- Flexible working around event schedules.
- Opportunity to work on some of the UK's leading festivals, concerts, conferences and public events.
- Be part of a friendly, ambitious and growing production company.
- Varied work where every project is different.
- Opportunities to develop into wider production and event management roles over time.
If you're someone who enjoys being organised, likes solving problems and wants to play a key role in delivering high-profile live events, we'd love to hear from you.
