About the role

Due to continued growth, we have a requirement for a Social Media & Events Co-ordinator to join our highly energetic, fast paced, and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Design and curate compelling content across multiple social media platforms, tailored to our diverse brand portfolio.
Collaborate closely with our in-house videographer to align video content with overall social media strategies, ensuring consistency and quality.
Oversee multiple brand accounts, ensuring each maintains its unique voice and messaging.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to inform strategy and content creation.
Engage with our audience across platforms, fostering community and responding to inquiries with professionalism and brand-aligned tone.
Manage and prioritize a varied workload to meet deadlines and campaign milestones.
Uphold the company's image and standards in all social media activities.

Your Skills & Experience:

Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Social Media Manager, with a portfolio demonstrating successful management of multiple brand accounts.
Strong design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
Familiarity with video content, able to effectively communicate with videographers to align video productions with social media campaigns.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, able to juggle multiple projects and collaborate with various team members.
High proficiency in written and verbal communication, with an ability to adapt tone and style to different brands.
Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to the fast-paced, ever-changing landscape of social media.
A commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement approach.
High degree of personal integrity and professional accountability.
