Key Responsibilities
- Manage editorial operations, content schedules, and publishing workflows
- Coordinate with writers, editors, researchers, designers, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor editorial timelines, content quality, documentation, and production updates
- Support research coordination, article planning, and publication preparation
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, content calendars, and operational summaries
- Assist with process improvements to strengthen publishing efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure editorial activities follow company procedures, deadlines, and quality standards
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in editorial operations, media production, publishing, communications, research coordination, content management, or digital media
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with writers, editors, researchers, clients, or digital publishing platforms is an advantage

Pay: £40,000.00-£66,000.00 per year
