The Role
You will be the key technical authority within the regional team, responsible for overseeing building services throughout design, construction, commissioning and handover phases. Your expertise will ensure every project is compliant, efficient and delivered to the highest standard.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading process controls across all project stages
• Overseeing design & construction changes, ensuring full documentation and client agreement
• Maintaining rigorous cost‑control processes
• Managing resources and project programmes
• Ensuring compliance with Building Control and internal quality standards
• Building strong, trust‑based relationships with clients and trade contractors
• Providing creative and practical solutions to construction challenges
• Supporting seamless handovers through training, familiarisation and documentation
• Mentoring junior team members and sharing technical knowledge across the business
What We’re Looking For
Technical Background:
✔ 10+ years in construction, including 3+ years in a senior role
✔ Strong technical knowledge across building services disciplines
✔ Commercial office/workplace fit‑out experience (essential)
✔ Commissioning expertise and understanding of building operations (desirable)
