Full job description

Corn Dolly is looking for a general laborer to help out at our bakery in Greenbank Industrial Estate, Newry. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions accurately. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team in the food production industry, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:
- Perform various manual labor tasks as assigned
- Assist with the production and packaging of food products
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work area
- Operate machinery and equipment as needed
- Monitor product quality and report any issues or defects

The following are traits which are not a necessity but would be preferable:
- Previous experience in food production or a related field
- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles is a plus
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measuring ingredients or quantities
