Full job description

Role : Management Accountant

Reporting to the Director and working within a SME, international business, the Company is experiencing expotential growth and this is an exciting time to join this growing business. Duties will include, but are not limited to :

*Timely and accurate production of Monthly Management Accounts for the business

*Production and analysis of monthly margin

*Analysis of Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet including strict management of stock

*Monthly accruals and prepayment journals and reconciliation to balance sheet*Ad hoc reporting for the management team

*Responsible for quarterly VAT Returns

*Ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date and will stand the scrutiny of a HMRC inspection

All data entry including sales invoices and purchase invoices and reconciliations

*Bank reconciliations including Euro/ Dollar Account

*Managing Staff records and ensuring the training matrix is kept up to date

To be considered for this role you will need to be

*ACCA/CIMA/AAT or QBE with a commercial outlook

*Excellent Excel skills with an inquisitive nature*Strong communication skills

*Extensive use of Sage/QuickBooks Accounts to a very proficient level and thus utilize all its functionality

*Be precise and accurate, with a do it now attitude

*A self-starter with an ability to consistency delivery to agreed timetables

*Have experience in managing multi accounts in different currencies

*Be Able to do Payroll and Work Place Pension

Pay: £18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
