About Us:
APS Packaging is a well-established packaging manufacturer and distributor specialising in bespoke new wooden pallets, wooden shipping crates and an extensive range of protective packaging. As a family owned business we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers.

Job Overview:
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Sales Coordinator / Team Leader to join our team who can demonstrate a foundation of Sales Coordination experience in a manufacturing environment . This is a key support role, ensuring smooth office operations and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer emails
Inputting sales orders into our bespoke software
Preparing delivery notes and works orders
Processing customer orders and raising purchase orders
General admin and office support tasks
Managing supplier communication and order follow-ups
Filing documents in an efficient and organised manner
Directing site traffic appropriately

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Excellent communication skills and a professional phone/email manner
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work
Confident IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
Experience in a customer service or administrative role
A proactive, problem-solving attitude
Ability to work well within a small team
(Preferred) Background in manufacturing or related industries
