Telecommunications Advisor – Belfast (Onsite)

You don’t need years of sales experience to succeed here — we provide full training, coaching, and clear progression pathways to help you build confidence and capability in the role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting existing customers during contract renewals
Understanding customer needs through conversation and active listening
Recommending suitable products and services to enhance the customer experience
Handling inbound and outbound calls using leads generated by service teams
Working as part of a supportive, collaborative team

What We’re Looking For

Sales or target-based experience is welcome, but not essential — full training is provided.

Pay & Rewards

Salary: £26,520 per annum
Bonus: Uncapped performance bonus (average £500–£1,000 per month)
Location: Maysfield Office, Belfast BT1 3NR
(Centrally located near Lanyon Place Station)
