HANDYMAN / PROPERTY MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE – BIRMINGHAM
Under 1 Roof Co. is seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman to support the maintenance of approximately 98 residential properties across Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- General property repairs and maintenance
- Door, lock and handle repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical tasks such as changing fittings (where competent)
- Property inspections and reporting issues
- Attending reactive maintenance jobs
- Liaising with tenants and property managers
Requirements:
- Previous handyman or property maintenance experience
- Own vehicle and tools
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
- Experience working within residential lettings or property management
- Trade qualifications
