Full job description

Are you able to work autonomously but also integrate as part of a team? Are you committed to data quality and taking pride in your work? Would you enjoy working in an inpatient environment?

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible Band 3 Clinical Support Team Administrator to support our inpatient clinical teams within the Older Persons services based at the Julian Hospital in Central Norfolk. This role will involve a range of administration duties to meet the needs of our clinical teams and service users.

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate experience at advanced level in a range of administrative tasks and systems, with a dedication to confidentiality. Effective team work skills and a commitment to the provision of a positive service user experience across an inpatient setting is essential.

You will be joining a demanding fast paced environment using the Trust’s EPR.

Previous experience of Trust IT systems would be of benefit but not essential as all training will be provided.

Working hours will be 37.5 over a 5 day week, Monday to Friday, however part time hours would be considered.

The position is based at the Julian Hospital, Norwich where limited on-site parking is available.

Occasional travel may be required and flexibility essential.

The role will include call handling, face to face liaison with service users and colleagues alike, data entry, typing, minute taking, filing and other general administrative office duties. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
