Job Description:

Location: On Site
Hours: Full-Time

Are you a qualified Independent Prescriber looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work within a growing digital healthcare platform?

We are expanding and looking for a dedicated Independent Prescriber to conduct consultations , supporting patients through safe, compliant, and patient-centred care.

he Role

As an Independent Prescriber, you will:

Conduct patient consultations via secure digital platforms
Assess suitability for treatment in line with UK clinical guidelines
Prescribe within your scope of practice
Maintain accurate clinical records
Ensure compliance with GPhC standards
Escalate safeguarding or complex cases appropriately
Support continuous improvement of clinical protocols

Requirements

Registered Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Doctor)
Active registration with GPhC / GMC (no restrictions)
Experience in remote/telemedicine consultations (preferred)
Strong understanding of UK prescribing governance
Confident using digital patient management systems
