We are looking for an experienced Hotel Maintenance Manager to ensure high standards at Isle of Mull. With a strong background in maintenance management and health safety regulations, you'll oversee all hotel facilities, working with the maintenance team to keep everything in top shape. From basic joinery and plumbing to managing contractors, you’ll handle it all. A full driving license and transport are required, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. You must be flexible, self-sufficient, and ready to provide exceptional service to our guests.

The Isle of Mull is the second largest island in the Inner Hebrides, on Scotland's west coast. What does that mean? It also means 35 minutes' drive to the supermarket; 45 minutes on a ferry to the nearest cinema; a bus every two hours. The nearest airport is Glasgow, half a day's travel away.
