Join the iStep Learning Family as an Early Years Practitioner - Lunch Cover Assistant!

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking for a fresh and exciting opportunity to inspire young minds in a supportive and vibrant setting? Look no further!

iStep Learning is delighted to invite you to become part of our growing nursery team, where you’ll help create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

About the Role

At iStep Learning, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding care and education, helping every child flourish during their most formative years. With a strong grasp of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and a genuine love for working with children, you’ll ignite curiosity, creativity, and confidence that lasts a lifetime.

Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan and lead imaginative, age-appropriate activities tailored to each child’s individual needs.
Observe, assess, and document children’s development to celebrate their progress and plan next steps.
Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and your colleagues.
Maintain a safe, secure, and inspiring environment, with a strong focus on safeguarding and health & safety.
