Full job description

DUTIES INCLUDE:

This role would suit someone who wants to join an expanding business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Based in our office in Omagh, your role will be that of Accounts Assistant, providing support to clients and colleagues by providing effective accounting services to the team, handling many aspects of credit control, and supporting the administrative needs of the business.

Reconciling daily cashbooks
Collecting payments/ Identification from clients
Allocating payments to correct client accounts
Identify overdue payments and advise account handlers accordingly
Ensuring timely payments to insurance in accordance to agreed credit terms
Providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues by telephone and email
Process and manage finance applications

The incumbent must be handle confidential information with discretion. Some prior Accounts Assistant experience is required.

SKILLS NECESSARY:

Good numerical skills
An analytical mind
Ability to communicate and work in a team are essential
The ideal person will be enthusiastic, highly motivated with a professional manner

Pay: £24,460.00 per year
