We're looking for a Responsible Sourcing Co-ordinator to join our team based in Rushden.
Location: Rushden, Marriott House
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Responsible Sourcing Co-ordinator, you'll be working within the sustainability and procurement team, supporting them in delivering responsible sourcing and ethical labour programmes across our supply chain. Your day to day will include:
- Collecting, analysing, and reporting supply chain risk data including modern slavery metrics, climate impacts, and labour standards performance
- Producing regular reports and dashboards to support decision making and compliance monitoring
- Coordinating the Ethical Labour Working Group, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking actions
- Supporting supplier engagement activities and monitoring compliance with responsible sourcing requirements
- Building positive relationships with suppliers and internal teams to promote best practice and continuous improvement
What are we looking for?
This role of Responsible Sourcing Co-ordinator is great for you if:
- You have knowledge or interest in sustainability, responsible sourcing, ESG, or supply chain management
- You're confident with data collection, analysis, and producing reports and dashboards
- You have strong organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks effectively
- You're a great communicator who enjoys engaging with different people and building relationships
- You're proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
